Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are packed and sent within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are sent the next business day.

Australian shipping

We ship Australia wide with Australia Post. Standard delivery usually arrives within 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.

Standard shipping is free on any two products, any bundle and every subscription. That covers every Australian order of $49 or more, plus all subscription deliveries. Other orders have a flat $11 standard shipping fee. Express shipping is available for $15.

International shipping

We ship internationally with Australia Post for a flat $20. Delivery times vary by destination and usually take 7 to 21 business days.

International orders may attract customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country. These are paid by the customer and are not included in your order total.

Order tracking

Once your order is on its way you will receive an email with your tracking number, which you can follow on the Australia Post website.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, email us at hushlytape@gmail.com and we will look into it with Australia Post for you.
